Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Michelle, I graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago and moved to New York to work in fashion. I have had experience with dogs and cats of all different behavior types, sizes, and ages including high energy, anxious, or elderly pets. I was a regular volunteer at the local animal shelter throughout college where I was trained in proper handling and walking techniques for dogs with all different personalities. I am flexible and communicative, and understand that each animal is unique and has their own needs, so please reach out and we can discus what you are looking for in a sitter! I have a lot of flexible availability and am looking forward to meeting you and your pet.

I have known Michelle for my whole life and ever sense she was a little girl she has loved and cared for dogs and has one of her own named Presley, she knows what it means to be responsible, and how to care for a dog, which I have see first hand. I would recommend Michelle because she is not only trust worthy and responsible but also knows what it is like to leave your dog in the car of others, so she too will provide the love and care the dog needs as a caregiver.

I live in an apartment community with a full-time doorman and other friendly pets in the building. There is a dog park near by, as well as a walking path along the water that leads to a park, so lots of great space for walks! I have a spacious 1-bedroom apartment, and am happy to have pets on the furniture if that is something they are allowed at home.

A typical day
As mentioned, there is a dog park near my apartment (within short walking distance) as well as a park near the water about a 25 minute walk away. Central Park is also only about 30 minutes away on foot! I love to spend the afternoons picnicking outside when the weather is nice.
