I dog sit whenever I can, but my day always ends and begins with the dogs since I have 4 of my own. We get up in the morning and go right outside then come in and eat. I don't leave the bowls down all day. Then we play and relax until dinner time around 5pm every night.

I live on 11 acres of woodland/prairie. One of our four dogs enjoy agility, so we have a jump and a tunnel that we set up when it's nice outside. This place is all season! So we have a kiddie pool for the summer and a fireplace for the winter. There is certainly a lot to do and plenty of places to lay.

A typical day
We have a lot to do inside and outside. I try to have a little something for everyone. We have a toy box full of all different kinds of chews and toys for any of the dogs to pick from. Dog beds litter the floor in every room, so there's always a place to lay and relax. For now, we walk the dogs around the property on leash whenever we let them out to go potty. I have a 30ft leash to give them some play space, but ideal I will have a fenced area for them soon.

Pet care experience
I grew up passionate about animals and have started making a profession out of it. I would love to provide a comforting stay for pets while their owners are away without forcing those owners to bring their pets to loud, crowded boarding facilities with many other animals. I want to provide a home away from home. As a fellow pet owner, I understand the importance of your pets needs. This is why I also want to provide a safe and reliable boarding visit for pets with medical needs such as the elderly, diabetic, and other needy pets. I previously was a veterinary technician for 5 years! And I learned a lot. I can provide a safe and healthy environment for pets with the additional knowledge from the veterinary field. I am willing to work closely with you and your pet to ensure everyone is comfortable during the stay! Pets, and their people, are top priority while under my roof.
