Daily exercise and training reinforcement. I offer all of this, I'm a lifelong dog lover, dog mom, and rescue volunteer who just happens to be an avid walker/hiker. I offer daily walks, basic training, sitting, in home care. I led a dog hiking club in the East Bay for 15 years surrounded by dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds, I will love your dog like my own. Your dog will be comfortable in my my care with company throughout the day. I am committed to daily leashed walks, dog park visits if you like, or off leash adventures if your dog has recall training. Your dog can relax on countless warm and cozy dog beds, walks will be given every few hours, and there is no limit to the amount of cuddling and attention provided. NOTE - I am adding dog hikes to my service options. Ask me about about scheduling a doggie adventure for your best friend. Hike in the Redwoods, romp on the beach? Tire your dog out while you work a long day? Contact me about this service too. If it takes me a while to get back to you, that's because I'm out having a dog adventure. I will respond as quickly as I am able.

Michelle is fantastic! Our little girl, Charlie loves her weekly walks. She is more than a dog walker, she is a trainer. She always finds an opportunity to provide your pup with additional training and Charlie loves it! Her passion provides me reassurance that my puppy is being well taken care of when in her care.
Michelle took me out with the dogs and helped me with training for recall. She is hyper alert to everything in the environment and very perceptive about how the dogs are interacting. She allows them to establish their own boundaries with each other, but makes sure each dog is safe and comfortable. So helpful to have this kind of socialization for my Covid pup!
Michelle took my puppy out on a hike with two other dogs and was very conscientious about how she introduced the dogs (in my yard), arranged them in the car, and managed him for the first time on a long lead. She gave good, direct feedback about how he did (he needs work!) and is working with me to make sure he can be safe out on the trails. Michelle clearly loves being out in nature with the dogs and a huge bonus - she takes gorgeous photos!
Michelle has started to walk our mini Australian labradoodle since last week! She is a dog whisperer, handles any size and breed with no problem. She takes my 10 months old pup for a group hike with the other 3 dogs and my dog is happy and tired at the end of his walk. I love how Michelle maintains communication with me, send pictures, text, etc.

To provide a safe environment , all dogs need to be current on vaccinations. I ask that you provide vaccinations records for any in home care
A typical day
Walks on the beautiful greenways or trails nearby and if you like, hikes in Briones, Redwood, and Tilden parks. Plenty of sweet human care from me. Is your pup a smarty pants or a hound dog? I enjoy doing nose work with dogs, it is good, engaged fun, for active dogs. Does your dog have separation anxiety or special needs, ask me about customized care for dogs with trauma issues.
