I've owned dogs my whole life. I have been through training classes with every dog I've owned... beginning at age ten. Dogs add such joy to life... it's easy to want to care for them. I currently live with two stock dogs who are very high energy and my goal is happy, tired dogs. We walk daily and balls are thrown and dog parks get visited. I choose redirecting from poor puppy choices to better puppy choices. I enjoy the puppy pile. I view pets as family and, when possible, they go where we go...but I understand when there are exceptions and it's a balm for the soul to know there's a Pack you can rely upon when you can't be there for your canine companion.
