Pet care experience
Hi I'm Michelle! My husband Daniel and I would love to have your pet stay with us while you are away! I've taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was young, including two of our family’s yellow labs. Daniel grew up with a dachshund as well. Looking for furry friends for cuddles (read: stress relief for our wfh jobs 😂) and to help us get our steps in each day! I’m also somewhat of a iPhone photography fan so you might end up with some keeper pics of your pup or kitty!

Sarge’s favorite sitters! He never looks back when I drop him off. Hurts my feelings a little, haha. But also gives me such peace of mind knowing he loves staying with Daniel & Michelle and receiving the best of care.
Another great stay for Sarge at Daniel & Michelle’s! It’s his home away from home; he absolutely loves staying with them. They always go above and beyond. Thank you both so very much!!

We have a fenced in "yard" which is not so much a yard as much as it is all concrete with lots of smells to sniff from previous rover pups. Lots to explore in this area, but for the most part we will be going on walks around Canton, our favorites are Canton Waterfront Park and Patterson Park! We will skip the dog parks for Rover pups just to be extra safe unless specifically told otherwise by owners.

Please let me know any and all details regarding special needs or medical care that your pet needs, ahead of time. The more notice, the better! We’d love to be as prepared as possible! Please also let us know feeding times and where your pup prefers to sleep!
A typical day
We will go on a few walks a day, visit either Patterson, Canton Waterfront or the grass around the turf field, sit outside for lunch if it’s nice out, and visit the dog park (if parents approve). We will play with our collection of toys we’ve built up,and explore the concrete jungle of smells in the back, fenced-in "yard."

Availability
My husband Daniel and I both work from home and usually take separate walk breaks - his in the later morning and mine in the afternoon. We will always go out before bedtime and first thing in the morning as well, and whenever else as needed! If it’s nice out I will eat lunch on the back deck and our visiting pups usually love sunbathing while keeping a watchful eye over our alley.
