Pet care experience
I am a stay at home mom to two little girls and a 7 year old pit bull named Sirius. I am a small business owner and a volunteer for a local dog rescue. My schedule allows me flexibility to provide excellent care for your dog in the comfort of your own home. I strive to provide both you and your pet a great experience. The more I know about your dog and their particular personality and temperament the better I can try to accommodate any special needs they have. I aim to have a meet and greet with every potential client before booking a stay. Why I love dog sitting I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember. I had my first dog at 8 and I've had one (or two) ever since. As a pit bull owner, I am a huge advocate for bully breeds. I also foster dogs through a local rescue. My experience administering medication I am very comfortable administering oral, ear and eye medications but I do not have experience with injectables.

Michelle is an avid dog-lover. She did volunteer work for a rescue a while ago; she has adopted several pound dogs over the years. She is extremely dependable, caring, prompt, and has a lot of common sense. I would trust her with my critters any day / night!
Michelle is a huge animal lover! She is so good to our dogs Molly & Parker! We never have to worry about them when they are in her presence/care whether it be just for a quick stop during a day or a whole week when we go away on vacation.
Michelle was great with our dogs. She took one of our large dogs on a run, and the other on a long walk. I expected that others would have tried to walk the dogs at the same time, but Michelle gave them each individual attention.

Eating schedule, energy level (can I run with them?), how well they walk on a leash, favorite toys, personality quirks, and if they are dog friendly. It is also important to know your dog's comfort level with children. I have 2 small kids who may occasionally need to accompany me on visits. I do not have any breed preferences but I do hold a special spot in my heart for bully breeds. I would feel most comfortable with dogs 60lbs and under (if walks are required). If you have a larger dog it would depend on how well they walk on a leash.
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog It all depends on how much attention your dog needs and my schedule for the day. I generally aim to make 3 visits (if I am not staying overnight) with each visit being a minimum of one hour. Let me know what your needs are and we can work out a custom schedule for your dog. Extra house-sitting services I have no problem bringing in the mail, watering house plants or any other small household tasks. Let me know what you need and I will try to accommodate.
