Pet care experience
I have been an animal lover my whole life. From dogs & cats to turtles & Guinea pigs, I love them all and have likely had one at some point in my life. I have recently lost my cat and a few years ago I lost my dog. I haven’t had a strong enough heart to want to take the plunge to get my own furbaby again, but I would be more than happy to care for yours when you’re in need! I am a willing to watch your pet in your home or my own, walk them, feed them, give medications, post-surgical care….whatever you may need!

Michelle is a lovely, caring, genuine person who has a peaceful spirit. I know her professionally and personally. I would trust her to care for any member of my family. As soon as she walks into a room with an animal, she greets them and treats them with kindness. She will be mindful to consider your values and preferences for care. She pays attention to detail and is very responsible. If your babies are up for it, she’ll spend quality time with them so they can have fun and play. I recommend her as a caregiver without hesitation.

I do not have a fenced yard, but I would walk your dog on leash around my house. Dogs and cats are welcome in my house or I am willing to come to your house and care for your pet in the exact way you would like. I will respect your place and keep care for your pet as if they were my own.

I would like to know any special needs, physical limitations, feeding instructions, medications, etc. I have no problem following every instruction you have for your pup!
A typical day
I love to walk the scenic path along Carmel beach. If your dog likes the beach, we could go out on the sand and play fetch. I also love going to Garland Ranch or Fort Ord and hiking all over if you have an active dog that needs extra exercise. Playing fetch in the yard or even just cuddling, I’m here for whatever your dog needs!

Availability
I do work full-time, Monday through Friday, but weekends I am usually hanging around Monterey/Carmel. I love walking at the beach or at our local hiking trails. During the week, I could help walk or feed your pet if you’re away or working late. Other arrangements may able to be accepted after connecting on a case by case basis.
