Hi there! My name is Michelle and I am a huge animal lover! After working in the corporate world for several years as a human resource professional, I had come to the realization that my career was no longer fulfilling. My true passion and interests have always resided in working with animals. Finally, after many years of deliberation and with the support of friends and family, I have decided to turn my love for animals into my full-time career! Currently, I provide pet care services through Rover including: dog walking and drop in visits for both dogs and cats. I also work part-time dog grooming at a local animal clinic. I do not own a dog or cat of my own however, I have had cats growing up and I currently live with a dog. I am passionate about continuing my education and learning more about canine and feline behavior. In 2018, I completed the American Red Cross Cat and Dog CPR and First Aid Training receiving a certificate of completion. In 2017, I completed a course on dog behavior and training through Holly and Hugo. I received a certificate from the International Council for Online Education Standards for completion of this course. I am a current member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters and a member of The Association of Professional Dog Trainers. My past experience working with animals includes; working for a a small dog walking company in Concord, MA called Ritz Canine (which is now operating under a different name). I was trained and Certified as a Professional Dog Groomer in 2009. I am also very passionate about volunteering and helping animals in need. I am currently a volunteer at Baypath Humane Society . I have also had volunteer experience at the Lowell Humane Society and a Pit Bull rescue called Pittie Love Rescue. What makes me stand out from all the other pet care professionals is that I find true satisfaction from providing top notch pet care services. I want my canine and feline friends to always feel loved, safe, comfortable and happy in my care. I will always care for and treat your pet like a member of my family!
