Dogs Are Family <3

Pet care experience

My name is Michelle and I am a graduate of CSULB. I currently work for David Weise & Associates in Encino, CA as a Project Assistant. I love all animals big or small, but my favorite animal is mans best friend the Dog. Growing up in a house full of animal lovers I have been around dogs my entire life. I can't imagine living in a house without dogs. My love for dogs has given me the opportunity to work and care for them. I have always loved animals and dogs have been a big part of my life. My love for dogs even gave me the opportunity to dog sit many of my neighbors dogs while I was in high school. After high school I landed a job at a pet hotel which helped me gain experience and knowledge with all dog breeds. The pet hotel taught me how to handle all dog breeds in every situation possible. I know temperaments of most dog breeds now and I can read a dogs body language extremely well. The pet hotel also gave me the opportunity to learn how to give dogs their medication if needed, safety procedures including CPR, as well as giving dogs their shots. I also pet sit for numerous pet owners at my current job because they all know how much I love and care for dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover my entire life; growing up in a family who loves all animals there was always dogs running around. My first dog I had was when I was a baby she was a Labrador she lived until she was 14 years old. After my first dog I adopted two little dogs half Shitzu half Chihuahua, these two are the loves of my life. I also adopted a rescue six years ago he is also a Chihuahua he is adorable. This past January I adopted a rescue dog from the Elephant Nature Park in Thailand while volunteering there for a week. My love for dogs definitely landed me some cool part time jobs while I was in school. I had the opportunity to work in a Pet Hotel for over 5 years, which I really enjoyed doing. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication because I have done so in the past with my dogs as well as numerous dogs at the pet hotel.

I have a rescue lab/retriever/shepherd who is very picky and a very sweet, but super needy cat, and Michelle was fantastic with both of them. Sierra, the dog, took to her right away. Duder, who doesn't like anybody, loved her as well. She is a natural with animals and would use her again every time to watch both the dog and cat.

Michelle has a big heart with lots of room in it to love and care for your dog! She has watched my golden retriever bogey a few times and I can only think of the finest things to say about her. If your considering leaving your dog with Michelle, rest assured you've made the right choice! Woof
