ONLY THE MOST FANTASTIC OF ACCOLADES FOR A FURRY FRIEND CHAMPION! All I can say about Michelle’s care, assistance and passion for animals, is that her dedication for others’ pets can only start to be captured through heartwarming and uplifting sentiments. I have known her professionally and personally for several years, and she is the first person I call when my pet family need a compassionate caretaker. Always eager to help out, she goes above and beyond the standard expectations of pet sitting. In fact, the verb “pet sitting” is wholly inadequate to capture her proactive nature with ensuring my beings’ needs were met, and that they were given the attention they needed when I was away. She even literally runs along with the dog at times and frisks with the cats during their frenzied playtime. Truly, she exudes and exceeds the energy levels needed for pet responsibility. As the proud pet parent (no, I don’t own an alliteration alligator…yet) of reptiles, a dog and 2 kittens, she has always been accommodating of my domestic menagerie’s needs. Skilled with understanding the needs of various species and temperaments, she treats the pets as if they were her own and offers extra attention, beyond the bark, meow and call of duty. While she certainly helped out with the expectations of: dog walking, taking care of cat/cage cleaning, feeding, entertaining, etc. she treated them with the same dignity we would apply towards our own human family. In addition, her flexibility with working around my schedule, especially at the last minute has been treasured. While I will miss my family members when I take time off, I look forward to leaving my pets in the care of Michelle. They light up seeing her, and clearly, despite my absence, she provided them with loving, steadfast companionship. Even if there are no concerns during her visits she communicates and checks in with the pets’ owner (myself, for example), to relay all of the progress with the family members. While the quality of service is invaluable, I must also note, that in terms of a measurable commodity, financial compensation, she is also very accommodating. The rates that she has offered for the excellent care she has fosters is quite a bargain, and I am sure the greatest satisfaction she receives is seeing her buddies successful in their homes. The work gives her an inspirational intrinsic drive to provide such incredible service, and it would be a gift for you to work with her. I always look forward to working with Michelle, and again, cannot speak highly enough of her. My pets rate her with their tail wags, bellies eager for rubbing and hearty, endless enthusiasm for playing fetch again with their sitter! I’m sure when I leave for the day, or a weekend that they cannot wait for their royal treatment! Thank you for reading!
