Michelle watched our (then) 5 month old puppy while went on a family vacation for 8 days. She was super flexible with scheduling pick-up and drop-off, which was great, given that we were driving to Virginia Beach and we were *really* delayed on the way back due to a crazy accident. This was our first time using a sitter on Rover... With our previous dogs we used a local dog care facility near our house that is crate-free but Roxie was too young to go there for this vacation. This was a blessing in disguise, because now that I've seen how much better it was to have Michelle watch our dog, we will never go back to that other place!!! So I was really happy, and oh yeah, lets not forget Roxie! She seemed like she had fun and was happy too, lol!!!

We just picked up our Jack Russell from a week's stay at Michelle's. We felt so confident leaving him in her care even though he can have issues with other dogs and she has a dog of her own and she had another dog staying with her as well for the week! She assured us she could handle anything that may come up and thought he would be just fine. As it turned out he had the best time and made great friends with the other dogs. She sent several pictures during his stay and texted us reassuring messages about how he was doing. She has such a confident and a great way with the dogs and really seems to know how to handle any situation that may arise. She is easy going and really loves her dog and is so welcoming of other dogs as well! I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone who is looking for someone to watch their dog and care for them like they were their own! She was wonderful. In fact, even though our dog was happy to see us, I think he is having a bit of withdrawal from not having other dogs around to play with all the time :-).
