It is with a HAPPY and smiling heart that I write this review...Michelle is WONDERFUL!! It was our first time using Rover and our experience with Michelle was above and beyond what we expected! She came over to our house (on her own time) a couple days prior to us leaving. As soon as we met her, we instantly liked her. She exuded a warmth and genuine kindness that made us feel so good about her staying in our home with our animals. Our dogs LOVED her from the minute she walked in. She also really took time to understand our needs, what we wanted, and paid attention to small details that most people would overlook. At the last minute, my parents (whom we were traveling with) dog sitter canceled and Michelle jumped in and offered to help. They have a small dog with type 1 diabetes who requires 2 insulin injections a day. Michelle was amazing at giving the shots and administering all medical details. She was in contact with us daily with updates and pictures of the dogs on long walks, etc. She gave both us and my parents, such peace of mind and really made it where we could enjoy our trip and not worry about the dogs. We came home to a spotless house, she left everything so clean (she even offered to wash sheets, etc) and the dogs really missed her for a few days. Michele is the perfect animal lover. Definitely helps that she is a great person all around and a people pleaser. I have seen her personally interact with my dogs. She loves to play with them, pass the ball and their ropes around with them, and she gives the best belly rubs to Trixie! She has 2 cats that she loves and adores as well and always makes sure they have nothing but the best in life. Michele is a great person and so lovable! She will be the best fit for your dog walking and dog sitting needs!
