Michele made our first experience with Rover a positive one as we traveled. We highly recommend a meet and greet beforehand because it gave us a chance to meet Michele and tell her about our dog, Biso, while she took notes, and it gave Biso a chance to get to know her. We could quickly see that they were a good fit. While we were gone, we received daily detailed updates and numerous photos, all of which were very reassuring that Biso was doing well. Michele also was quick to follow our suggestion of feeding an additional snack before bed, so Biso would sleep later in the morning. We are grateful that Michele was available to take care of our pup.

Michele was absolutely amazing with my dog. Lola is a nervous rescue with separation anxiety and so because of that, I am always looking for Rover members that work from home. She gave me great updates each evening and would remark on everything behaviorally that we covered during our meet and greet, that would let on to how Lola was doing mentally. Appetite levels, stool appearance (Lola gets a nervous belly when away), playing and sleeping habits-She was so thorough and made it so easy for me to not worry about Lola at all while on vaca.
