Pet care experience
While I do not currently have a four-legged friend of my own, I have raised and cared for dogs and cats over the past 30+ years. I have also cared for dogs and cats for friends and neighbors. My experience includes fostering rescue dogs of different breeds (mostly pit bulls), size, age and temperament. I love all dogs and appreciate their unique personalities and energy levels. I will provide basic training, lots of playtime, walks, belly rubs, cuddles, whatever your fur baby needs… I will treat them as my own and give them lots of love & affection. You can rest easy knowing that while you are away, your paws are in good hands, receiving the attention they deserve. To ensure that our time together is stress-free and safe, I will not watch dogs from multiple households. 🐶❤️

Our whole experience with Michele was wonderful. We met with her before Winnie’s week long stay. I felt very comfortable leaving Winnie with her. Winnie seemed to really like her.Michele was great with communicating. We received daily updates and photo/video. She was well taken care of.
Michele was a great and attentive pet sitter for my dogs. She provided regular updates and made sure to go above and beyond to cater to the needs and comfort of the dogs. I will be planning on using her services whenever I need.

I have a fenced in yard and a dog-friendly, quiet neighborhood for walks and play time. I will base activities on their age, size and energy level. I have patience and understanding in caring for dogs who may be a little nervous at first, especially if it’s their first time away from family. I will keep you updated on our adventures so that you can rest easy and feel confident that your four-legged family member is in good hands.

A typical day
I love to be outdoors and think exercise is important for humans and animals. We will take several daily walks and smell lots of mailboxes and maybe make a new friend or two while out exploring. I like to play fetch, but if your dog is not into that, we would have playtime with stimulating toys or do some basic training. When it’s time to chill, we will hit the couch (or the floor) for some belly rubs or back scratching and maybe watch a fun movie.

As of January 2024, I am semi-retired and self-employed as a Real Estate Salesperson. My flexible schedule allows for plenty of time for playing fetch and going for several daily walks.
