Our 15 yr old dog Buddy had lost weight and his voice staying in a Doggy daycare/boarding facility while we were on week vacation. His Vet told us he is an exception and because he needs that human contact in his own home environment, Michele quickly stepped in to care for him. He bounced back to his normal weight and regained his voice very quickly all due to her spending the time with him. She has a caring and loving way with animals and I'm forever grateful for helping to improve his health. She is always available to spend time with our Buddy and I would completely trust her taking care of our Buddy anytime or any other dog when necessary. I trust her having access to my home.
