**I'm happy to say that like my dogs, I am fully vaccinated. I got the Covid vaccine in mid-March.** Dogs are my favorite people. I have over 50 years of experience in caring for dogs. I grew up with mid-sized mutts and a big Irish Setter. As an adult I've had Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds, and a Borzoi hound. I'm a retired City employee, I'm free to spend time with my dogs (and yours) while enjoying my retirement. My previous dog, Simba, and I were a pet therapy team for 7 years. We visited Alzheimer's patients, the mentally ill, and participated in children's reading programs. I've been through obedience classes with several dogs, have done a lot of in-home training of my dogs. I have two adopted babies, a Great Dane, Tempest, and an Irish Wolfhound-Borzoi, Zephyr, both gentle giants who love to have company. Dogs I care for in my home must be dog friendly and up to date on vaccinations. My yard is fenced front and back, modestly sized but very shady. Outdoors time is supervised. Weather permitting, I spend a lot of time outdoors with them. The dogs wrestle and nap while I read or make art. The dogs sleep on dog beds in the bedroom or living room at night as they choose. My house is small but cozy, full of dog beds and comfy places to crash. I'll send you photos and status reports as often as you'd like.
