Pet care experience
Having been around dogs and cats my entire life, I am a serious animal lover! I have always dreamed of going to vet school, but having a sensitive stomach when it comes to blood and very compassionate heart has stopped me from pursuing that passion. I have two senior cats and a very loving pitbull dog, who are my spoiled children. I spend hours (generally 3+) each day at the dog park where I have met so many wonderful friends (both furry and human.) It is my absolute favorite place to be!! Spending so much time around so many different types of dogs at a dog park has allowed me to learn more about dogs (and the different breeds) than I ever thought possible! I enjoy helping other friends and pet parents take care of their dogs by watching them for the day, over night, or on vacation, and taking them for walks. It is an absolute pleasure...

Michele watched two of my dogs for us for three days at our house while my wife and I went on a quick trip to the Keys. Our dogs were completely spoiled and when we came home they didnt want her or her dog to leave. Our little dog was in love with her dog Luna which was easy to see, she is a very well behaved sweet dog. We have used Michele twice now and will again if we ever need someone to take care of them. We thank you for treating our dogs as family!

I have no preferences on breed and would be happy to help with any dog. However, I would like to know a little bit about the dog, so I can ensure safety for both the dog and myself. 1) Is the dog socialized? 2) Does the dog take any medications? 3) Is the dog animal friendly or aggressive? 4) Does the dog like children? (I do not have kids, but would like to know for safety purposes.) 5) Is the dog spayed/neutered? 6) Is the dog up to date on vaccinations and heartworm negative? 7) Does the dog have any anxiety or fears?
A typical day
I am more than happy to walk your dog around your neighborhood or take them to a nearby park. I could also play fetch, play with a laser pointer, or throw a frisbee, if that is something your pup loves.
