Michele was absolutely wonderful and so accommodating to our pups. I was looking for a specific environment and Michele and her family were perfect. I felt comfortable leaving Ike and Mac with her and appreciated that she did not have any other dogs that she watched at the same time as ours. While we were away, she sent pictures and sent periodic updates. She treated our pups as temporary members of her family and I appreciated that very much. We will absolutely be return clients! We are highly disappointed with the service provided for our dog. He had chewed up his eye drop bottle and probiotic bottle. How on earth can he reach those things by himself? This was a careless mistake done my Michelle which is not okay. Also, she told us he was chewing a lot and we gave her all the information about his vet and she could have taken him to the vet but she decided to bother my oldest daughter by texting her constantly and saying to drop him off at another dog sitters place and wanted them to pick him up as soon as possible. My daughter then had to call me numerous times since I was abroad with my husband. She practically ruined our vacation and made us worry for our dog. When my daughter reached her house to pick up the dog, she wasn’t even present, her husband handed us the dog when it was her duty. Once his chewing got worse, she even stopped sending pictures of him and made my daughter so frustrated with the responses she was sending. We were so nice to her and the service that was received is unforgivable. She even offered to pay us $100 refund for the inconvenience but when we got their she didn’t even give it us. She shouldn’t make promises she can’t keep or even offer to provide us money and she doesn’t follow through with it. Then, when my daughter picked him up his eyes were red and infected since she neglected to apply eye drops to my dog. My daughter had to take him to the vet the next day and we had to pay an additional fee for the eye drop bottle she neglected to keep away from our dog. We are so upset and offended for what happened to us. We have never had anyone treat our dog with so much disrespect.
