I live in a first floor apartment so older dogs will have no trouble. I have a fenced in yard for potty breaks. My yard is on the smaller size, so for exercise I utilize my mother's house that is nearby and has a rather large fenced in yard. My local dog park is close by, but I would only take your pup there if you are comfortable with that. I also live close to a trail so daily runs are possible. My household consists of myself, my boyfriend who is also a dog lover, one dog, and a cat. My dog is very friendly with other dogs. He is high energy and loves to run with other dogs. He is also good with senior dogs, as we used to own one. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and current on flea and tick preventative. Our cat is tolerant of dogs. If your pup isn't a fan of cats its no problem. She sticks to one room of the house and mostly hides.
