Pet care experience
I’ve had a dog since I was 3 years old and have been walking them since I was 8! I grew up taking care of a Golden Retriever and Labradoodle so I’m very comfortable around larger dogs. I’ve fed, bathed and walked my family friend’s dogs as well.

Michaela did a simply fantastic job house sitting for a week with my sweet but anxious pup. She left my place just as she found it, communicated frequently and clearly, and was generous with her time and attention to details of my dog's care. I can't recommend her highly enough and would love to work with her in again in future.
Michaela is very good at handling animals and understanding their needs. She is honest, kind, disciplined, and punctual with her appointments. I would trust her with the animals.

I am respectful of your space and will follow any rules you have when caring for your pets! At my own home, I typically feed my dogs twice a day and take them on 2 walks a day. I also love playing with dogs and making sure they feel cared for :)

Let me know if your dogs have any behavioral issues, anxiety or require me to administer medication ahead of time! I also like to schedule a time to meet ahead of time, especially if they’re larger, just as a safety precaution and so they are familiar with me :)
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks and going for runs! I also love playing with dogs and am comfortable taking them to play with other dogs.

Availability
I just recently graduated from a Master’s program & I only have a part time job that is very flexible and remote so I will be available to give walks in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. I can also watch dogs for extended periods of time weekdays or weekends.
