Pet care experience
Hi Everyone! My name is Michaela and I am a 27 Year Old SAHM who loves dogs! Some background about my experience with dogs is that I have actually been a pet sitter since I was 14 years-old. I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have always had a love for working with animals. I was a level 3 SPCA volunteer and trainer, training their most challenging dogs in the shelter. I have watched/cared for dogs of all sizes ranging from Chihuahuas, American Bulldogs, Pit Bulls and Black Labs. I’m excited to care for your pets! Thanks!

Michaela did an excellent job of caring for our two high-energy pups while we were away for 5 days. Her special attention to their individual needs and likes was seen in the daily videos and pictures she sent. Our puppies were happy and healthy looking upon our return and we couldnt have been more pleased with finding Michaela using the Rover App for the first time.
There is no better feeling than leaving our fur babies with such a caring, attentive, competent doggie sitter like Michaela. This was a rebook and even though it's been a while since they had seen Michaela they recognized her immediately and were so happy to see her again. She took amazing care of our pets and our home while we were on vacation. She five star all the way!!

I have a lot of experience with dogs, as mentioned previously, so when performing drop ins for your pups/walks I will make sure to continue allowing behaviors you yourself allow and correct any behavior that is unacceptable! I will help get all the pups energy out and feel all the love while waiting for you to come home!

I am comfortable watching all breeds of dogs but some helpful information is to know their general likes and dislikes. For example if the dog likes small children or if the dog likes other dogs.
A typical day
If I am to take care of your dog, he or she will enjoy a multitude of actives including: going on walks, cuddling, playing tug-of-war, learning new tricks, and hanging out with me and my daughters!
