Pet care experience
I have always loved caring for animals and have recently landed my dream job as a veterinary technician. I often get asked by my clients about in home boarding in our area, so I decided to offer that service myself. I recently built my home on an acre and a half of land where my own pups enjoy playing and training. I have been working with animals since I was 15 starting with pet sitting. I went on to work at boarding facilities, taking care of working canines, to now working in veterinary medicine.

Was really nice & spent a lot of time getting to know my dogs. My dogs were tired at the end of the day! A tired dog makes a happy parent especially with Aussies!
Once again they are so wonderful to Kira. I’m pretty sure Kira likes it better at their house. I’d leave my kids with them, but I wouldn’t wish that upon them. Thank you again!
I felt extremely comfortable leaving Kira with this family. She had such a good time. I don’t think I’ve ever seen her run so much. She didn’t want to come home. Thank you for taking care of her.
All we can say is -WOW! Michaela treated our 10 YO cat like a one of her own. She and her husband bent over backwards to make Wallace feel comfortable. He is diabetic, so she took extra good care by communicating quickly with any changes in behavior. Thomas & Rosa

I have a spacious fenced in yard and a cozy home for your pets to enjoy during their stay. I have 3 friendly labs and 2 calm cats that can either interact with or be separated from your animals. I have taken a heat safety class as well has an aggression and restraint class at my previous job taking care of working canines. As a veterinary technician, you see all sorts of situations gone wrong, so I keep a close eye on all of my pets at all times.

I think it is important to know a pets day to day routine so that I can make them feel as at home as possible. I would like to know their temperament, if they’re friendly with other animals, and medical history. I do require proof of rabies for all pets to ensure everyone’s safety.
A typical day
I always make time to engage with all of my pets whether it be outside play time, training or lounging with them. I enjoy learning each pets individual personality and accommodating them the best that I can.

I currently work 2 days out of the week. The rest of the week I am taking care of pets in need of boarding, playtime or socialization.
