We had our family dog for 17 1/2 years & I have experience walking shelter dogs. I have my own two fur babies- Olive, a Scottish terrier and Ivy, a small munsterlander.

Michaela is my oldest daughter and is extremely caring, responsible and accountable in everything she does. She loves dogs, having volunteered for the dog shelter as a dog walker in Fargo during her college years. She begged us as a young child to get dog and we got a family westie when she was 8 years old. Our beloved Coconut absolutely adored Michaela who was her person and primary caregiver. Losing Coconut was so difficult for Michaela and she would truly enjoy to be able to care for, love and engage with other furry four legged friends

I own a dog friendly home and always leash dogs when outside. I am active so the dog would get long walks and belly scratches.

A typical day
I can provide treats such as peanut butter in kongs or lick mats. I walk my dogs every day or throw a ball for fetch for them. I like to walk around city parks.

Availability
I would have more time in the evenings during the week to take care of dogs. Sometimes free in the early morning before work. Would be willing to watch a dog over a weekend every so often.
