As a dog mom to 4 rescue pups with various special needs, I completely understand how challenging it can be to find someone who you can trust to care for your dogs the way that you do. With over 10 years of experience in caring for dogs & puppies, my aim is to provide pet parents with peace of mind that their furry children are being properly cared for and receiving all of the love and cuddles that they deserve. Have a new puppy who needs frequent visits & potty breaks? The average 8 week old puppy can only hold it for 2-3 hours, which can make potty training very challenging and stressful when you work long hours. I'm here to support you in raising your new family member and assist in those initial life stages. Visits can be scheduled around the frequent potty breaks that puppies need, and I will also work on some basic training and puppy playtime on my visits. I also offer puppy socialization, which is extremely key in ensuring that your pup grows up to be a very well adjusted and socialized adult with perfect "paw-dicate". During these socialization visits, one of my pups will accompany me and show your new furry companion how to properly say "hello" and engage in puppy play. I do require a meet and greet prior to these visits to ensure the best playmate fit for your pup and mine. Does your dog have some behavioral concerns? Are they tough to walk? I am experienced in working with dogs who have high reactivity, anxiety, and other behavioral issues, and helping them to work these issues in a positive and fun way. If leaving on walks is a little too tough for your dog right now, we can start with having playtime and cuddles right in your home and work up to being able to leave the house on walks if that is your ultimate goal for our visits. Otherwise, I'm happy to hang out and give them all of the love and attention right in your home! I always suggest a meet and greet prior to my first visit to introduce myself and get to know you and your pup(s)! Prior to our first booking, I will have a quick form for you to fill out which will let me know of any allergies, medical needs, special handling instructions. Please let me know if any behavioral concerns, quirks, or preferences for your pup (i.e favorite treats, special scartch-y spots, favorite toys, etc) - I want to make sure that my visits are an incredibly positive experience for your fur babies! Also - please expect to receive lots of adorable pictures and updates from my visits! I am experienced in administering medication and canine first aid/CPR. I will also request an up-to-date vaccination record for your dog(s) in order to protect the health and safety of my furry clients and family members.
