I have grown up around and raised dogs my whole life, and I have a 7 month old terrier mix who is a bundle of energy and love! My mom, whom I live with, works as a hospital supervisor at a Veterinary Clinic and would be available for any medical needs and questions at all times. She is also trained in Fear Free, which is a program that focuses on natural techniques to help animals feel comfortable and relaxed within any environment, and I would make sure to use those practices to keep your dog happy and relaxed while you're away.
