Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Michaela but I go by Mikki. I moved to Seattle in 2018 and started a job in Medical Sales. The nice part is that I work from home but I do travel intermittently, so don’t have the option to get my own dog... loan me yours!! Because I make my own schedule I can potentially be available on weekdays/nights/etc: just depends on the day and kind of care your dog needs. Please do let me know of any anxiety issues, training routines, aggressive behavior, food needs, etc. i had a sassy Border Collie at one point so am familiar with the whole range of behaviors. Happy to walk, run, adventure, or hang out on the couch with your furry friend. All dog breeds and sizes welcome!

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review about Michaela, just busy! But Michaela has been an absolute lifesaver When it comes to watching our little golden. She’s very responsive, available, sends great photos throughout the day, and he always comes home exhausted, which I absolutely love! Lol thank you Michaela for taking such good care of Finn!
Michaela was absolutely amazing with my 5 month old rescue! She sent pictures the entire time and kept me throughly in the loop. My puppy adores her and she was so so accommodating for my sporadic schedule. Will definitely be using her again. Gem of a human being!
Michaela is so sweet. She takes great photos and communicates so well throughout the visit. Bodhi will definitely be hanging out with her again! He came home exhausted last time from so much fun!

We currently live in a townhouse with a small fenced yard, accessed through the garage. While I wish there was more running room, I am glad there is a space for quick pee breaks if needed, and the fence is quite sturdy and high. Regardless, I don’t leave pets alone either outside or in the house unless we have previously discussed that (such as a longer stay).

Let me know if your dog has any reactivity, food sensitivities, or tendency to bark/whine indoors. All of these things help to give your pets a good time, and to keep my neighbors happy so I can continue to use Rover!
A typical day
I love a good walking/running buddy, but several of my repeats are ball obsessed so we have been doing a lot of that lately. Off leash dog parks can be great fun (Magnuson and Northacres!) but can also reinforce negative behavior, so that is something I would discuss beforehand.

Availability
Being in sales my schedule is pretty variable. If I am home I have a couple conference calls peppered through the day and can take a couple walks or play breaks. Generally it is easiest if you book the same week so I know what is scheduled and what I will have time for.
