From 2008 to 2011 I got my start working with dogs and their owners by stopping into houses daily to let dogs have 30 minute potty breaks. From 2012 to 2014 I worked at Cohasset Kennel. I cleaned up after dogs and properly disposed of their waste. I ensured that the dogs were hydrated throughout the day. The first half of the shift I would take the dogs on individual walks. For the other half of my shift I monitored the dogs while they were in playgroup to prevent aggressive behavior towards one another, as well as playing with them and encouraging them to play with each other. I am now currently working for 3 different families, walking and playing with their dogs for 30 minutes to an hour and a half a couple days a week.
