Dog Walking and Drop-In visits play a huge part in helping to keep your dogs and cats both healthy and happy...and you too. Pets left alone can become overweight, bored and are likely to develop bad behaviors (chewing, continuous barking, peeing, pooping inside, etc). I am a dog and cat lover who will give your pets the upmost care they deserve when you are at work, vacationing or just need a break. A Meet & Greet is highly recommended (time permitting). It's a great way to meet you and get to know your dogs and cats...to make sure it's a good match for all. And also provides an extra level of comfort and security before the booking. YOU know your pets better than anyone and what works best. Communication and safety is key. We'll go over their routine, feeding/treats, allergies, playtime, potty time, medications and/or special needs. And most importantly...we’ll go over your emergency contact and veterinarian information. I’m a young retired R.N. I have a very flexible schedule, and usually available 7 days a week. Let me know if you have any special needs or requests. My goal is to help keep your dogs and cats HAPPY and HEALTHY and you stress free. While at your home, if you have a fenced yard I always walk the perimeter to be sure all fences and gates are secured leaving no possibility of them getting loose. When on walks your dogs will be on a leash 100% of the time…while avoiding other people and dogs. I don’t allow children or adults to pet the dog(s) I am walking. I politely tell them I am a dog walker and it’s for everyone’s SAFETY.
