Below one star rating if I can give. We kept our lab puppy with Mike for 24hrs. Initial response from Mike was great till we booked our appointment. After that I had to follow up with him for update on my puppy, whereas while dropping Mike said he will send pics and updates. When we got back our puppy next day, she was terribly smelling like pee and her bed which we dropped was also smelling really bad. Mike seems to have used a very tight dog muzzle on my puppy. He didn’t bother to take my consent before doing that. Our poor puppy got a very bad muzzle mark, red swollen. When we sent a question to Mike asking the same, he did not reply a word. I’m getting a feeling that probably my puppy was kept in a crate, mouth muzzled and not taken care. She probably peed inside, we gave instructions to take her out every few hours which clearly was not followed. Her water bowl next day was completely dry. If she was given water, then it should not be dry. She drank one full bowl of water as soon as we got home. This kind of poor communication and insensitive behavior is totally unacceptable. I wish everyone to read this review before booking with Mike.
