We have a twelve year old cat and a one year old German Shepherd that Michael watched at our house for 4 days. I was nervous about leaving the dog with a stranger in the house. My nerves disappeared the first day when Michael texted me an update of the dog. He really described the dogs personality! The pictures helped, too. I knew my dog, and knew that he was OK. Michael did such a great job that we asked him to stop by so we could pay him a little tip. Hanzel was so excited to see him! I would highly recommend Michael. I have had the privilege of knowing Michael David Rush and being a part of his life for over twenty years. While he was growing up, his family owned a golden retriever named Chloe. She was a beautiful dog and Michael and Chloe became inseparable. Michael was extremely involved in walking and playing with her. He helped with bathing, brushing, feeding, and "picking up" after her. They were each others best friends. Chloe was diagnosed with cancer when she was twelve and with continued love and care lived for another year. Michael was twenty and was crushed by the news. He was on an LDS mission at the time and was devastrated. Before Michael's return, the family got a Goldendoodle puppy, Lily. Michael has a big heart and quickly fell in love with her. They romp, run, and play whenever Michael is available. About a year ago Lily gave birth to 9 puppies and Michael fell in love with all 9 of them. Michael has a hugh capacity for loving animals and wanting them to receive the best of care. I took one of Lily's puppies and also have a Cavalier Spaniel (age 13) in addition to the Goldendoodle. Michael has helped me bath, feed and play with both dogs when he lived around the corner from me. I don't believe you could find a more responsible, honest, reliable or more loving person to care for your dogs than Michael David Rush. Your won't be disappointed regardless of the duties he is assigned.
