Pet care experience
Dogs have been a wonderful part of my life since I was a child. I could not imagine life without a furry friend to greet you in the morning, welcome you home after work, hangout with your family, or go for walks with you.

I've know Mike for 30 years and he's one of the most committed animal lovers I know. He's one of those rare people who is always out walking his dog and seems to know the name of each dog and pet owner he passes. Most importantly, I really trust him. When I need some help with my pet, I call Mike.
Mike is the biggest animal lover I know. While his specialty may be dogs and cats, he truly treats all animals he meets with a genuine sense of love and care. My dog could sense Mike’s love of dogs from the moment they met, and since then, they have been inseparable. You would be lucky to have Mike take care of your pet.

I have a fenced in backyard and I always keep my dog on a leash when I walk with him. When I am walking dogs for others, I always keep them on a leash.

I like to know the dog’s likes and dislikes, his/her eating habits, and anything that might cause the dog stress. My main goal is to help the dog feel content and safe.
A typical day
I love to walk with dogs at their pace so that they feel comfortable and not rushed. In addition, I love to run around with them in a fenced-in and safe location. Just sitting with a dog after a walk or playtime gives us more time to bond.

Availability
I am a full-time teacher, so I am available after school hours, on weekends, and during school vacations. Sometimes, I am available before school hours for those pets that are early risers!
