Michael was good and easy to work with. We did run into a few small snags while he was watching our dog. We found that he still had lots of energy when we got home. Mind you he is a husky and a puppy, but I am not sure my suggestions of wearing him out were used. We also had an incident where all of our rabies & dog tags were lost. That incident occured on the last day, and was because the tags were used as the leash holder, instead of the actual collar. So when our dog got excited and pulled a bit, the key ring snapped off. I feel that a little more attention to detail is necessary when doing this sort of job. We are overall happy, but we do wish some additional attention & services would have been provided per our conversation with Michael in person.
