Hi, I’m Michael! Here is a little bit about me that hopefully will help you get to know me and trust me with the care of your pets. I have been taking care of animals for 11 years of my life. Those 11 years of experience include taking care of my own dogs, working at a doggy daycare, and also working in vet offices in my hometown, as well as currently working as a veterinary technician. I am currently majoring in Biology at a local college, with the goal of becoming a veterinarian, so animals are my main priority in life! I am trustworthy, reliable, genuine, hardworking, and caring. Your pets and getting them the care that they deserves are my top priority. There is no job that is too big or small for me to do and I am here to meet you and your pet’s needs. I really hope this helped you to get to know me a little more and that it helps you feel comfortable with me watching and caring for your pets. Michael took excellent care of both of our dogs. He came over for a meet and greet prior to the first time he dog sat for us. On the day he did dog sit our dog Champ was having some stomach issues. Champ ended up throwing up a few times on his way outside and Michael was great! He used our hose outside to clean it up and made sure that Champ was ok. He was also great with our 12 week old puppy who kept him busy playing. I would recommend Michael and will definitely use him again!
Michael is always professional, communicative, and very pleasant to work with. Our dog Stinky loves when he comes to play for the weekend!

Michael was just as professional and communicative as he was the first stay. This time, he watched both of our dogs, one of whom needs some extra care and attention due to old age. He was very accommodating and we came home to two tired but happy pups. Always appreciate his extra help bringing in our mail and packages as well. A typical day
With the dogs that I watch, I always try to get them outside and active. I believe that there is no better way to bond with a dog than to play with them. If a house does not have a yard where playing outside is feasible, then I like to take the dogs on walks around the neighborhood or even to a park.

Availability
I am constantly taking care of pets, whether it's at my current internship at a local vet office, my summer job at a vet hospital in Illinois, or my own dogs at home. I will be available to take care of your pets on the weekdays and the weekends when I am not at my college, in classes.
