Vet assistant at your service
Pet care experience
Hello! Before moving to Woodinville this past December, I worked at the University of Washington Police Department before pursuing my passion of animal care and becoming a dog daycare attendant and then a full-time veterinary assistant. As a vet assistant, I'm comfortable and have experience working with dogs, cats, and other critters of all shapes and sizes, including special needs and senior pets. This includes administering medications if needed. I'm seeking to further broaden my pet care experience and supplement my work week with a few walks and drop ins. As a dog daycare attendant, I learned how to manage dog-to-dog interactions while fostering a positive experience for the pet while providing updates and pictures to give his or her parent peace of mind. My time as a dog daycare attendant has also granted me dog walking experience. Safety is my top priority when your dog is with me. I ensure your dog remains attached to the leash and the leash remains attached to me at all times. With that, I prefer to walk dogs no more than one or two at a time if they are from the same house and are used to walking together. If this all sound interesting to you, please let me know and we can talk more about how I can help you and your pet!
Reviews
Michael did a great job checking in on my dog while I was out of town. Check-ins were completed on time and the care and feeding instructions were followed. Michael took my dog out for walks and gave him extra cuddles.
