Michael is a true dog lover, very nice, friendly, and caring. From the way he conducted the whole boarding process, you can sense he definitely has your dog's best interest in mind. He made sure my fur baby getting along with Halo well first via meet and greet then accepted the stay request. When entering/leaving the house, he made sure all dogs are under proper safe supervision. And during the stay, he kept updating me with texts and pics. Moreover, he let my pup staying and sleeping in his bed at night which helped my baby feeling less unease for sure. (He likes to be near humans) Originally I was super worried about my baby's 1st boarding experience in his lifetime... in the end I believe my pup truly is in good hands. I'd definitely ask for Michael's help in the future when whole family out of town. Really recommend pet parents go checking out his place (meet and greet first) to see if your fur baby enjoys the luxury huge yard and spoiled free reign indoor living environment:)

Michael was great! I was worried leaving my 10 month old Miniture Australian Shepherd while I took a trip, but I was reassured when we did the meet and greet and Xena (my puppy) got along great with his Australian Shepherd that everything was going to be fine. I loved that there was a huge backyard for her to play in & knowing someone was home all the time. He sent me photos everyday and updated me with comments. I would def recommend Michael to anyone wanting a home away from home for your pup!
