Michael was a great sitter. Quick, clear and friendly communication from the start. When my pup was with him, he gave me updates that were detailed and thoughtful, cute photos, and was very responsive. Meet and greet, pickup and drop off were a breeze. I have no doubt my pup was well cared for and given lots of attention and affection. My pup is older and has some health needs (pills in her food, eye drops, vision problems, trouble with stairs) and Michael was gracious and unphazed by all of it. I won't hesitate to ask Michael to pet sit again in the future, this was by far the smoothest experience I've had on Rover!

Michael was so caring with our pup, Norman, who we were quite nervous to leave alone for the first time. He had a great time staying with him, and we were personally very grateful for all the updates and photos along the way.
