Pet care experience
[USMC Veteran] Dogs. Are. AMAZING! Nothing can turn a house into a home quite like the loving affection of a fur buddy. As far back as I can remember, I have had dogs living with me. Even with two siblings in the home with me, dog care would tend to fall to me simply because of my ability to quickly study, understand, and connect with pets in ways no one else around could. I find it absolutely exhilarating to learn the personality and heart of a dog and cater to that in ways that help to keep dogs happy and enjoying life. In recent years, I have had friends reach out to me for house sitting duties. There usually would be an array of animals to tend to, including but not limited to, cats, dogs, and bunnies. I would always enjoy spending time with my friends’ pets as they are the sweetest little fur buddies you could ever meet. I currently have a golden retriever/black lab mix that I absolutely adore. He is my best friend and has been an absolute comfort to me in my life over the 2 years he has been with me. I am solely responsible for his wants and needs to include play time, feeding, walks, grooming, bathing, training, and attention.

I wish that I could rate him six stars! Michael stayed at our home for seven days and six nights and left it immaculately clean as if he was never here!!! Michael is undeniably the best House/Dog Sitter in the business! I have two fully grown Pitbulls and my dogs loved their experience with Michael! The detailed daily check-ins, all of the beautiful photos, and adhering to every single instruction was just icing on the cake! My dogs had never touched the pavement in our neighborhood nor gone beyond the driveway, Michael took them on nature walks to the lake, exposed them to different areas of the neighborhood, rides to Starbucks for pup cups ❤️, and taught them both how to walk on a leash! My dogs are spoiled rotten and were very intolerable of a leash, Michael trained them both to not only walk beside him, but to not walk in front of him nor pull away. The love he gave my dogs was so amazingly awesome I was starting to get jealous! My dogs literally whined for hours when Michael left! If you’re fortunate enough to have Michael to dog sit for you, it is truly a blessing. No Dog Sitter can hold a candle to Michael! I recommend him 100%. And…. He fixed my soundbar in the den!!!! I’m definitely a repeat customer!!!!
I cannot leave enough stars for Michael. I was incredibly nervous about leaving my furbabies, as I’ve never left them with anyone but family. The idea of leaving them with a “stranger” was scary. From the beginning, Michael was reassuring and came to have multiple meet and greets with my boys. They grew quite comfortable with him during those visits. While I was away, Michael stayed in my home with the dogs. He was so awesome with them! They got so much playtime and attention, I wasn’t sure they missed me! He was on time each day with meals and medications. He even left them with classical music when he left the house. Most impressively, he took the time with my big boy to train him on leash walking! With Michael’s help, he is a different dog on walks. I could not be more grateful. Michael was absolutely wonderful with my boys. He placed an anxious furmommy’s mind at ease by being so caring and attentive to my precious pups. Thank you Michael!!!
I had looked at many people on this app before carefully selecting the one I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies with. That being said.. I think we hit the dog sitter jackpot! Michael really did an amazing job updating us ,sharing pics, and even some leash training/tips. To say we were impressed, is an understatement. If you’re looking for a person that genuinely loves dogs, then this is your guy!
