I grew up with a corgi and lived with a lab, and I have experience watching all types of dogs. I have been on Rover since 2016, and I have met so many great friends here!

Ruby enjoyed her time at Michael’s. Even with it being a wet weekend, Ruby had a lot of time to get fresh air, go in daily walks, and play outside. He updated us often with photos. She didn’t look distressed and was clean when picking her up. We will likely use Michael again.

Michael has over 100 5-star reviews and here I am, adding another one because he deserves it! He is very responsive to messages and sends tons of photo updates (which I loved!). The fact that he’s watched many other dogs means he’s seen it all. No request is too outrageous for him. He keeps his place clean and safe for the dogs too. My dog felt right at home. Not once during my trip did I have to worry about my dog because I knew she was with the best sitter in Sacramento! Thanks, Michael!

I have a fenced yard, and I have extensive experience watching dogs with socialization issues around other animals. If your pup is aggressive around other animals I can take walk routes that allow me to see if other animals are nearby and avoid any unwanted confrontations.

A typical day
I generally go on four walks per day, early morning, noon, afternoon, and evening, plus playtime in between. If your dog loves being social we'll spend time at Truitt dog park, otherwise we'll be wandering all around midtown.

I work for the State Monday through Friday, but I love spending time with pets on the weekends. Due to my work schedule, I'm generally home by 6:00 pm on Fridays for drop-off. I'm also available for meet and greets on weekdays after 6:00 pm. I don't currently have any pets, and I only book with one client per weekend, so your dog will receive my full attention.
