Michael was great! He watched our German Shepherd and Great Dane which is no small task:) they had a blast and came home happy and tired!

I personally did not feel comfortable with the service I received and most certainly not for the price. I ended up coming back a day early from my work trip due to how unsettled I felt about leaving my fur baby with someone who did not seem to care at all about making either one of us feel secure. Though I think she enjoyed the daycare aspect of the sitting (what pup wouldn’t love a dog park day), I was not led to believe she was at all comfortable with the overnight aspect of it; I certainly was not. I was never shown how or where she was kept, received minimal feedback while gone to know how she was doing, and honestly did not feel respected as a customer or person. Neither Michael nor his staff introduced themselves to me or my dog upon drop off, in fact, she was dragged into their park by her collar since I was not allowed to walk her in and she was of course very nervous for her first time, and he barely listened when I went over feeding instructions, etc. The entire experience was incredibly transactional and impersonal. I took a chance on Rover due to a last minute work emergency and got what I consider to be the bare minimum for a premium price. You’d be better off going to PetSmart, for half the price, where you can at least rest assured that your boy or girl will be around true dog lovers, not just someone who makes easy money off of “watching” them. After reading what I now worry may have been false/friend reviews, I was incredibly disappointed to say the least.
