Pet care experience
I have 12 years of pet care experience and have grown up around animals most of my life. Experience such as house sitting, walking dog(s) 3-4 times a day, playing with throughout the day as well as giving baths and thoroughly checking for ticks after each walk. Some of the types of dogs I have taken care of in the past and am more familiar with huskies, malamutes, black labs, golden retrievers, American bullies, and ridgebacks. As for house sitting, I normally take them out for a walk 3 times a day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once in the evening. If it is raining outside I always wipe the dog's paws so as not to track mud or water around the house. The maximum time I have ever house sat for someone before was up to a month. During that time I brushed the dog every other day to keep shedding to a minimum and to give its fur a less shabby look. Overall, I try to make sure I build a good relationship with the dog as well as their owner, as I prefer to pet sit a dog I know rather than one I do not.

Michael is fantastic with animals. Kind caring and gentle. He has a great relationship with my dog who is like a child to me. He is very responsible with her, taking her for walks, giving snuggles when she will allow it. I feel confident she will be taking care of when in Michaels care, and seeing how excited she is to see him when he comes over is the best review I could give.

Generally speaking, I keep a close eye on the dogs I watch when staying within my client's home. Depending on the age of the dog, I either take them out every 2hrs or every 4hrs for bathroom breaks and to get some fresh and exercise.

A typical day
Depending on the dog's personality, I may go on a jog, walk, or even hiking if the terrain allows for it. If there is an off-leash area available, I will play with them. That can take the form of playful tussling, throwing a ball or stick around, or, for the much older dogs who do not care for such high-energy playing, sunbathing, or walking slowly with them.
