Hi im Mike! Myself and my Mum hazel love hosting for Rover! We love all animals but dogs are our favorite! We love spending time playing with them walking them and just being with them. I worked in the R.S.P.C.A. for 4 yrs and have volunteered at Thornberry animal shelter which has given me a thorough understanding of most breeds and temperaments. I work offshore on a rotation basis so when im home im home full time to look after your beloved dogs wirh 100% attention commitment and love is on tap! I love that I can give as much time as possible to looking after dogs when I'm home and grow our dog business so i have a lot of time to look after, walk and house sit your dog i also offer a full boarding service, your dog will have the full run of the house and will be treated like a family member until you return. I have just relocted to southport/ainsdale From Sheffield where we had some amazing customers and met so many wonderful Dogs. Ready to start my dog boarding again here now and i am very excited about that. . Im surrounded by beautiful fields trails and walks that your dog will just love! Formby woods , the beach and parks theres virtually A completely differnt place to go each day! I go on 2 to 3 walks per day. we will really make your furry friend very comftable, he or she will want for nothing. We play fetch on the big fields and take them on a different adventure each time! So if you think i can help you and your doggy out drop me a line :) play time love and ear rubs are on demand! :) We have a fully fenced secured garden that they have can have access too any time, in the summer months the back door is always open so they can roam freely. Its extremely peaceful here with a beautiful garden 😊They also will have the full run of the house if you allow that on your home too. We stick to your plan as too make them as comfortable as possible but also like to make it like a little holiday for them too! My daughter visits when possible amd loves meeting all the different guys! We only take on 1 household at a time so never any drama with any dogs they don't know. Would love to meet you guys! The most important thing to say is Meg…our dog loved Michael. We were very pleased to be invited to visit Michael with Meg pre walks so she was comfortable with him. He was very thorough and professional when taking information about Megs needs who is not the easiest of dogs. This process made us feel more confident about Mikes interactions with Meg. When we were away Mike sent updates. Kept in touch and even made a video when we returned. He arrived as agreed. We will use Michael again for all our holidays and home boarding. We highly recommend his care.

We booked our one year old pointer x poodle, Ziki, to stay for 8 days while my partner and I went away on holiday. Ziki has a lovely personality but can bark when he is excited or nervous and also needs a bit of attention at first when he is staying in a new environment. We did a trial run by meeting up with Mike and his partner Emma briefly which went well. Unfortunately, Mike couldn't be there for the first couple of days of Ziki's scheduled stay and the day after dropping Ziki off, Emma called to say she has had complaints from her neighbours about Ziki barking and crying when left in the house alone. This meant my partner had to cancel his holiday and collect Ziki on that evening. We did get a refund for the remaining days and the time that Ziki was there we could tell that he had been well looked after.
Great communication before and during Marleys stay. He obviously enjoyed the stay looking at the pictures sent. He was straight back into his routine when we returned home.

Love all dogs! Have a great understanding of senior dogs, dogs that get nervous easily and and will tailor each need to the best of my abilities. I have never had a single complaint. I also run my own business too so have private customers which you are welcome to join once we have met, I can and will offer discounts for 2 or 3 dogs from same household at a time and long stays
A typical day
There are beautiful parks, fields and trails beaches not far from our house, your dog will have fun on walks, play fetch, football! Whatever they like we can do! The whole family gets involved in playing and walking when they can but as mentioned before I will be with them 24/7 !
