I am a born and raised island kid. I am the owner of three fur babies (two kittens are rescues and a Pomeranian). I love all animals and the outdoors especially fishing and our nature. I live and work on island working for the same construction company for 8 years. I am a graduate of cypress lake highschool, the university of Miami and Florida International university. I am fully bilingual (English and Spanish). I am a proud Island homeowner since 2016. I am always grateful when friends pet sit for us when we are out of town and would like to provide this service for others. I have been pet sitting since I was in high school. I hope to help others when they are out of town or need their pets watched while they are at work. Great care for my Maizey
Michael was really attentive to my little dogs. When they are left alone - it is so hard for them with anxiety. it really made a difference in their moods when we returned. He brought treats , took them for walks, and sat with them in the same room. I will definitely use Michael again when I return to Captiva.
Michael is great with the pups. He leaves me messages on how things are going and called me when he thought one of our dogs was panting a lot. That is normal for our dog but the call was appreciated as he was concerned.
Michael was very conscientious and communicated well. No worries or anxiety leaving our pups. He made sure all were taken care of.

A typical day
I like to take Shadow with me everywhere. He likes fishing and the dog beach. My cats stay inside. The tabby is extremely inquisitive and friendly. The calico she likes to hide from visitors. For your pup (and Shadow) the dog park behind Lexington could be fun. Shadow loves it there.

Please let me know what works for you. All previous Rover experience was on Sanibel. There are many great places to walk in my new(ish) neighborhood.
