I have grown up with various breeds and have spent the last year as the primary dog watcher for my family's red and blue heeler puppies. This breed takes a lot of effort, patience and dedication and I found that dogs are the best medicine for all that ails you. I have assisted with the care of our older dogs when they had injury or just needed an extra hand. Puppies, and dogs of all age really, have keen eyes when it comes to getting themselves into trouble. The two most recent additions to our family have shown me just how intelligent our four legged friends can be, and give me an even better understanding of how to take care of even the most active breeds.
