Pet care experience
We have always had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchilla, snakes and other critters in our house and have loved them all. Now you can have our love and care for your pet. Our schedule insures your pet gets the attention and affection it needs the entire time you are away. One of us is dedicated to your pet the entire length of the service regardless if it is a 30 minute walk or a 7 day stay at our place. We have a home that is pet friendly. All floors are hardwood or vinyl. All furniture is pet friendly and we have had multiple dogs sleeping in our bed at night. We will communicate with you while you are gone providing updates and photos of your pet periodically during their stay.

Jackie & Michael have welcomed my pup into their home for almost 3 weeks over the last month. Quite frankly I’m beginning to think she loves them more than me! The following is a list of important questions we will ask prior to your pets first stay. Additional stays we will update each time if items have changed. 1. Does your pet have any medical needs? 2. Does your pet take medication? 3.Who is your Veterinarian? (We request you contact your vet and provide our info before you first stay) 4. What is your pets feeding schedule? 5. Does your pet have any special dietary needs or issues? 6. Any special or unique information of your pets bathroom habits? 7. Can we spoil your pet with snacks and treats? 8. Does your pet have any special behavior or discipline requirements? 9. Is your dog walked with or without a leash and how often is your pet walked? 10. Is your pet ok with traveling in a vehicle? 11. Where does your pet typically sleep? 12. Is your pet permitted on the furniture?
A typical day
We generally have more than one pet staying with us at any given time. (We can accommodate pets that don't play well with others most of the time but if you pet has difficulty around other animals, please let us know so we plan accordingly) This usually provides for plenty for exercise and activity however, if you dog is high energy and needs "special" activities, we have a farm in Rogersville we can take our guests to for long runs in the pastures.
