I’m gentle but stern and I love to go on hikes so they will get tons of exercise with me. I live with a few roommates but they all love dogs as much as I do. We have one young cat but he’s friendly and will just avoid any dog. We have a huge yard that is fenced with high fences and no holes to escape through. I work out of my car and can take dogs pretty much anywhere. I’ve raised a few dogs myself and have a lot of experience taking care of a large dog with special needs that has major anxiety issues so I can pretty much handle any type of dog out there. I’m doing this more to just get dog time in than the money though that helps too with rent being so high.
