Pet care experience
I have been on Rover since 2016 and have plenty of satisfied and repeat customers! I currently am the proud mom to a rescued Retriever and I rescued a Beagle/Hound mix and had her for 7 years. I have also volunteered at the Lee County Humane Society for a year as well as dog-sat for a friend on and off for about a year. My availability is wide open on the weekends and I’m available certain nights through the week as I have a flexible WFH schedule half the week. I am very patient and loving and just enjoy being around dogs so know this isn’t just another job for me. I will care for your fur baby as if they were my own. My dog at home was a shelter dog and with my volunteer time I have am able to work with dogs with separation anxiety and different temperaments.

Micaiah did a great job with our pup while we were gone for Christmas! We could count on an update at the beginning and end of each day, and multiple pictures. Our dog was very comfortable with her calm presence and her willingness to throw her ball in the backyard!
Micaiah stayed with my senior dogs for several days and took such good care of them. They both have different medication needs and their own little quirks and she took the time to learn them and cater to their needs. It was so nice to be able to keep them in their own environment to reduce stressors and anxiety. She went above and beyond and I will be definitely using her again!
Amazing! Micaiah has great communication and took great care of Moose! He loved hanging out with her! She went above and beyond and helped us out when the AC stopped working. I will hire again and refer to everyone!
Micaiah was the perfect pet sitter. Great communication - she sent daily pics and updates. We arrived from our trip to happy pets and a home well taken care of. Will definitely book her again.

A typical day
I can take your dog on long drives because I very much enjoy drives myself, I can take your dog to dog parks or walk them around the neighborhood. I’m always up for a good game of tag or fetch!

Availability
I work full time but from home 3 days a week so I am able to stay most nights! Can do dog walks ideally in the afternoon or nights and any time on weekends.
