Pet care experience
I've always been a dog owner. My family has had six dogs in my lifetime. I grew up playing with, training, and learning about not only my own dogs, but those of my cousins, friends, and partners. I'm currently in law school and i live in a small carpeted apartment with my two cats, so there will be no dog boarding at this time. I treat my dogs like a member of the family, but they are by no means spoiled. That being said I'll respect and adhere to the owner's individual training styles. If they prefer their pups be spoiled then I'll gladly oblige!

Micah, took such great care of my dogs- Abbey and Al. They were happy and stress-free when I returned from vacation. I got photos every visit, even the early AM visit!
I felt extremely comfortable and confident leaving a member of my family my boy Jake in the care of Micah. I will not hesitate to trust him again although it is hard for me to leave Jake behind but when needed in the future I now know I can rely on Micah
Mitch did a great job. He came a few days prior for a meet and greet which is beyond appreciated; Pirata took to him right away. He’s a nice young man and my pup was happy, healthy, and whole upon my return. I would hire again.
Micah kept in touch to let me know how my girls were doing. He sent pictures of them playing in the yard, and they seemed to be having a good time. Although my beagle decided to get in to trouble, he was honest about what happened and he did his best to clean up the mess. Very respectful and responsible.

I take safety very seriously and based on the individual animal. My childhood dog is the opposite of aggressive, but he's a wanderer, so we only let him outside with company. My brother's dog is massive and doesn't know his size so safety means keeping him away from children and removing anything fragile from his level. I will do whatever the owner tells me to do. I try to ask about the dog's quirks before booking so i know what to expect.

A typical day
I like to take dogs to nature trails! Dogs who are particularly active/energetic i will take on hikes. If they are good with other dogs i like to take them to dog parks.

Availability
I work three days a week downtown. My class schedule is very spaced out. I work limited hours in the semester, so i can check in before and after work. If you live close to downtown, i can stop by on my lunch as well.
