I had an appointment set for 1130 for Micaela to come and feed my cats- one of my cats doesn’t eat dry food and depends on being fed wet food once a day - hours went by and Micaela never showed- we messaged her multiple times and got no response. My cats are currently at home while we are on vacation without food- we called rover support who refused to do anything about it- no replacement sitter, nothing. We eventually ended up having to scramble to find family to feed our animals and cancel our visit and hopefully get our money back. Absolutely awful.

Micaela responded fast on short notice to drop in on my cat Aion. She was very communicative so I could enjoy my trip with minimal worry, knowing that he had a kind and experienced person checking in on him. On top of that, her fee was substantially lower than most others in my area!
