This was our second time working with Micaela. She had an emergency and cancelled the second day visit 15 minutes before she was supposed to be there. Getting our keys back was quite a hassle. She didn’t show up when she said she would and we had to reach out to her 2 hours later to arrange to pick the keys up ourselves instead. We told her the time to meet in advance at her place, she agreed, but she still arrived 15 mins late without letting us know (although we messaged her again before we left our place). She’s been nice to our dog Perri but in general we felt she communicated very poorly with us this last time and didn’t really care because she was stressed out moving to a new apartment. We would have just preferred she didn’t accept the request to walk our dog this second time.

Micaela is amazing! My dogs loved her immediately, and so did my cat—and he doesn't usually like strangers at all. My pets get lots of love, play and attention during her drop-in visits.
