Micaela took great care of our kitty!! We were relieved when leaving her for the first time, got picture updates twice a day and we know our kitten was given lots of cuddles ?

Beyond disappointed in the service we received from Micaela. She lured us into a false sense of security with the numerous pictures she sent to us and all the great reviews she had. She was supposed to stay at the house and not leave the dogs alone longer than 4 hours at a time, the reality is once we checked our cameras she was only there early morning and late in the evening and would then leave. Our dogs were left alone for 12 hours of the day and all night. They never received their lunchtime feeds or let out to potty. The house was filthy upon our return with dishes piled high. To add insult to injury Micaela drank 2 bottles of our wine, half a handle of vodka, half a bottle of whiskey and emptied out our dry food cupboard. Something I still can’t comprehend how she got through so much in the short period of time she actually came to the house. She also went through my wifes beauty products, used the majority, opened birthday gifts and proceeded to use them and stole an expensive beauty product. When we tried to contact her to resolve the issue she blocked us instead. We have escalated with rover and hope to see a better outcome. We have used this app many times and have always been pleased, we have never had an experience like this. I can’t stress enough how much I would not recommend using her.
